Toledo has over 30 years of experience in the real estate market, starting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where it executed major commercial projects such as Al Ahli Bank and McDonald’s, earning multiple recognition awards. Seven years ago, Toledo entered the Egyptian market and quickly established a strong presence through residential projects in New Cairo areas like Bait Al Watan, Al Andalus, Al Narges, and Al Qronfol. The company also delivered commercial developments such as Gardenia City Walk Mall, which hosts several renowned brands. Continuing its expansion, Toledo launched its coastal project "Layana" in the North Coast, marking a new milestone in its journey.
